About the Practice Group

You’ll join a specialist Corporate & Commercial team working across:

  • Private M&A (both buy-side and sell-side mandates)
  • ICT, IP & Technology (including media, licensing, privacy & data security)
  • Corporate Governance and director advisory work
  • General commercial contracting, structuring, shareholder agreements and related documentation

Our team is led by two nationally recognised Partners:

  • Matthew Rowe - Accredited Specialist in Business Law, with extensive expertise in franchising, retail and corporate governance.
  • Brendon Noney - Leader in technology, ICT/IP and M&A, including advising on significant transactions and deep engagement with Western Sydney’s business and growth agenda.

To succeed in this role, ideally, you'll have

  • 3+ years’ PAE in commercial, corporate - franchising or technology law preferred but not essential
  • Experience working as an Associate / Senior Associate 
  • Strategic thinking capability with a proven ability to deliver practical, value-adding solutions.
  • Professional mindset, wanting to work with nationally recognised leaders while influencing the economic and business landscape of Western Sydney.
