We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst to join our growing IT team. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, analysing, designing and optimising business workflows across the firm's application landscape, with a primary focus on ShareDo (Clio Operate). We're looking for a curious and solutions focused professional with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset and a passion for improving processes and delivering impactful technology outcomes.
You'll be busy with
- supporting the configuration, enhancement and ongoing optimisation of the ShareDo platform
- analysing business processes and translating them into effective workflows and system solutions
- configuring work types, workflows, tasks and automation within ShareDo
- building an understanding of how data flows across key business systems
- assisting with the documentation of integrations, interfaces and data mappings
- working with developers and external vendors to investigate and resolve integration issues
- identifying data discrepancies and supporting remediation activities
- designing and modelling data structures that support business workflows
- maintaining data mappings between systems to ensure consistency and accuracy
- partnering with business and technology stakeholders across the organisation
- facilitating workshops and gathering business and technical requirements
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
- experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role
- experience working with workflow, case management or business process platforms
- an understanding of relational databases and SQL concepts
- knowledge of APIs and system integrations Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management skills
- experience with ShareDo or similar platforms highly regarded
- experience within legal, professional services or other complex service-based environments will be advantageous
- exposure to integration platforms, middleware or connected technology ecosystems
- a working knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies
- an interest in emerging AI technologies
