The opportunity

Our Perth Insurance Statutory Classes practice, led by Bronte Lawrence, is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its high-performing team. You will have direct access to a strong and diverse client base, including State Government, Local Government, private insurers, self-insured corporates, and claimants. With a high volume of litigated matters, particularly in the WA workers' compensation space, you will have significant opportunities to develop your advocacy skills. The role also offers exposure to a broad range of related matters, including property damage claims, enabling you to build a well-rounded insurance litigation practice.

Our Perth Insurance Statutory Classes practice has demonstrated its ability to grow and retain talented lawyers. To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have

• 3+ years PAE;
• experience with personal injury insurance claims;
• strong understanding of workers' compensation insurance;
• good interpersonal and communication skills to be able to deal with clients and other parties;
• a great attitude, to add to our collaborative and fun team; and
• a desire to develop your career and professional network in the Insurance industry.
