The opportunity
Our highly regarded Brisbane Property practice consists of over 70 staff and continues to grow. Due to this growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced property lawyer to join the group. You will be a key part of a successful team who work closely together to grow the national practice, share ideas and expertise, and deliver market-leading services to our large client base. You'll work on matters for both private and institutional clients including retirement village operators, land lease developers and aged care providers working across all aspects of the acquisition, disposal, management and disposal of real estate assets.
To succeed in this role, ideally you'll have
- proven experience within property, particularly across leasing, capital transactions and seniors living;
- strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills;
- demonstrated ability to build client relationships, lead matters, and work collaboratively with colleagues, including mentoring junior team members; and
- genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the growth and development of the practice.
