The opportunity 

We are seeking a highly organised and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead the operational rollout of Legora, our AI platform. 

 

In this role, you will take ownership of rollout planning, delivery management, and day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless and successful implementation. You will work closely with the Head of Digital Intelligence - Simon Hill, to drive onboarding, training logistics, KPI tracking, and issue resolution. 

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Own the end-to-end rollout plan, including milestones, dependencies and delivery schedules. 

  • Lead operational execution to deliver rollout activities on time and to a high standard. 

  • Manage training and onboarding logistics, including scheduling, attendance tracking and follow-ups. 

  • Track onboarding completion and drive adoption through structured KPI reporting and weekly insights. 

  • Maintain core project artefacts (RAID logs, action registers, go-live readiness).  

  • Coordinate technical readiness and UAT with internal teams and external vendors. 

  • Act as key liaison with Legora Customer Success, managing vendor coordination and deliverables. 

  • Proactively manage risks, issues and escalations to keep delivery on track. 

 

About you 

  • Proven experience delivering technology or digital rollout projects end-to-end. 

  • Strong operational discipline with experience managing plans, trackers, RAID logs, and reporting. 

  • Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to coordinate across multifunctional teams. 

  • Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes, manage competing priorities, and escalate effectively. 

  • Strong data and reporting capability, with experience tracking KPIs and producing clear. Insights. 

  • Experience working with external vendors and customer success teams. 

Desirable: 

  • Experience in a legal or professional services environment. 

  • Exposure to adoption, enablement or training logistics within technology rollouts.
