The opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead the operational rollout of Legora, our AI platform.
In this role, you will take ownership of rollout planning, delivery management, and day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless and successful implementation. You will work closely with the Head of Digital Intelligence - Simon Hill, to drive onboarding, training logistics, KPI tracking, and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities

Own the end-to-end rollout plan, including milestones, dependencies and delivery schedules.

Lead operational execution to deliver rollout activities on time and to a high standard.

Manage training and onboarding logistics, including scheduling, attendance tracking and follow-ups.

Track onboarding completion and drive adoption through structured KPI reporting and weekly insights.

Maintain core project artefacts (RAID logs, action registers, go-live readiness).

Coordinate technical readiness and UAT with internal teams and external vendors.

Act as key liaison with Legora Customer Success, managing vendor coordination and deliverables.

Proactively manage risks, issues and escalations to keep delivery on track.
About you

Proven experience delivering technology or digital rollout projects end-to-end.

Strong operational discipline with experience managing plans, trackers, RAID logs, and reporting.

Confident stakeholder manager with the ability to coordinate across multifunctional teams.

Demonstrated ability to drive outcomes, manage competing priorities, and escalate effectively.

Strong data and reporting capability, with experience tracking KPIs and producing clear. Insights.

Experience working with external vendors and customer success teams.
Desirable:

Experience in a legal or professional services environment.

Exposure to adoption, enablement or training logistics within technology rollouts.
